THE PROBLEM
The Problem
The best ideas rarely arrive while your planner is open.
They arrive in the car, in the kitchen, in bed, on a walk, or halfway through another task. By the time you get back to the desk, the idea has often softened into a foggy feeling instead of a sentence.
That is the real planning problem: the idea was good, but the landing place was too far away.
- Phone-sized landing page Capture the moment while it is still clear.
- Speak or type Open the page, add the thought, and save it.
- Desktop catches up later The workflow can wait until you are back at the desk.
02
PHONE CAPTURE
A Phone Page For Raw Thoughts
Ideas Inbox is intentionally simple.
Open the URL on your phone. Unlock it with the page password. Write the idea. Tap Save.
The saved list stays visible, so you can see what already landed. Delete mistakes. Keep going.
- No project picker No nested folder decision before the thought is safe.
- No formatting toolbar Capture comes before cleanup.
- No social feed It is just the place where ideas go before you decide what they are.
03
VOICE CAPTURE
Voice Capture On The Go
Typing on a phone is friction.
Ideas Inbox includes a mic button. Tap it, speak, tap again, and the page transcribes the audio into the text box.
- Walking Speak the thought instead of stopping to type.
- Driving as a passenger Capture the idea without switching into a notes app.
- Cooking or pacing Save the rough version while your hands or attention are elsewhere.
- In bed Keep the thought without turning it into a full planning session.
Say the messy version. Save it. Clean it up later.
Speak first. Sort later.
Voice capture protects the raw thought before wording slows it down.
Save the messy version, then clean it up from the desk.

DESTINATIONS
Sends To ADHD Planner And OmniNotes
Planner is the default destination.
When the desktop extension syncs, Ideas Inbox items become ADHD Planner ideas. They appear in the Ideas column, ready to be categorized, scheduled, or dragged into the day.
This turns mobile capture into actual planning.
Not every idea is a task. Some captures are article angles, scripts, research fragments, client notes, code thoughts, or longer writing seeds. Those belong in OmniNotes.
- ADHD Planner Planner is for action.
- OmniNotes OmniNotes is for deeper thinking.
- Both One phone capture can become a planner idea, an OmniNotes note, or both.
05
OFFLINE QUEUE
Offline Queue
Ideas do not care about signal strength.
If the phone is offline, Ideas Inbox saves locally and marks the item as pending. When the connection comes back, it syncs automatically.
- Draft protected A half-written idea is not lost because the page refreshed.
- Travelling Capture outside, in waiting rooms, and while moving between networks.
- Late-night corners Low signal does not mean the idea disappears.
Signal can wait
Offline capture keeps the idea pending locally.
When the connection returns, the inbox catches up.
06
PRIVATE URL
Password And Rotating URL
Ideas Inbox is designed to be private enough for personal capture without making the experience heavy.
You set a page password in ADHD Planner settings. The page has its own shareable URL. If that URL ever feels exposed, rotate it and copy the new one.
- Page password Unlock capture without adding a full app login flow.
- Rotating URL The old URL stops working when you rotate it.
- Basic privacy Simple capture still gets a private doorway.

WHY IT MATTERS
Why This Is Hard To Replace
There are plenty of note apps.
There are voice memo apps. There are reminder apps. There are inbox apps. Most of them either cost money, keep your ideas trapped in their own system, or expect you to do the sorting later by hand.
Ideas Inbox is different because it is included with SEO Time Machines and connected to the actual places the thought belongs.
- Planning idea It lands in ADHD Planner.
- Writing idea Send it to OmniNotes.
- Both Tick both destinations.
- Ease of life The phone capture is already pointed at the desktop workflow.
