This release: 14 new features · 181 tweaks, fixes, and refinements

This release is the biggest we’ve ever shipped. Fourteen brand-new features land in this version, backed by 181 refinements across every corner of the extension.

Two of them are full-blown apps. The Screen Recorder is a Loom-class recording tool that keeps recording even when you switch tabs, with a live camera bubble, mic-level meter, Picture-in-Picture controls, and auto-save so you never lose work. Its Editor opens the moment you stop recording — waveform timeline, draggable trim handles, background music, burnt-in subtitles, studio-grade noise suppression, and cloud sharing that’s five to ten times faster than before. Every recording also gets rich-text notes you can attach, share, and edit from the Library. Private Drive is a standalone cloud file manager with familiar folders, multi-select, drag-and-drop uploads, and password-protected shares.

Alongside those, the Video Library organizes every recording into folders with thumbnails, favourites, and secure shares. OmniNotes now syncs across every device with encrypted cloud backups and per-profile controls. The Technology Profiler detects 1,236 technologies on any website in a single scan. The Image Upscaler runs AI upscaling on your GPU with Photo and Logo modes across four scales — zero uploads. Voice Dictation Anywhere types whatever you say into any field on any page.

Rounding things out: Multi-Tab Content Search lets you f. through every tab in every window in about two seconds, the YouTube Sign Out Blocker prevents accidental sign-outs, the Bug Report form captures a screen recording with one click, the Mouse Launcher dropdown now lists every major app and shortcut, the Cookie Consent Auto-Dismisser hides banners everywhere, and the upgraded Screen OCR reads small text more accurately.
