Turn Emails Into Todo Items. Not the Other Way Around.
Email Pinner
You get an important email. “I’ll reply later.” You star it. Label it. Three days later: “Oh no. I forgot.”
Email Pinner pins it outside Gmail with an age indicator. Day 1: green. Day 3: yellow. Day 5: red. You can’t forget what’s staring at you.
Pin emails with jump links and age tracking. Access from any page.

How It Works
Pin. Access. Respond. Unpin.
Open any email in Gmail. Click the pin icon.
The email saves to your pinned list with:
- Title → Subject line (editable)
- Sender → Who sent it
- Timestamp → When it arrived
- Direct link → Opens this exact email
Access your pinned emails from the extension popup. Press E or navigate to the Emails tab. From any page. In one click.
Jump Links: Pin Specific Messages
Not the thread. The exact message.
Long email threads have dozens of messages. Pinning the thread means scrolling to find the important one.
Jump links solve this.
Pin a specific message within a thread. When you click “Jump to Message,” Gmail opens the thread AND scrolls directly to that message. Highlighted. Ready to answer.
Editable titles too. “RE: RE: RE: Quick question” becomes “John needs pricing by Friday.” Now you know exactly what needs doing.
Age Indicators: Urgency at a Glance
You can’t ignore a red warning on an email from a week ago.
- Today → Normal text. Recent, no urgency.
- 1 day → Normal text. "Email received 1 day ago."
- 2-4 days → Yellow warning. Getting old.
- 5+ days → Red critical. Overdue.
The visual escalation is intentional. Day 1 doesn't alarm you. Day 5 does. Oldest emails sort to the top. The ones you're most likely to forget sit where you'll see them first.
