- Go to chrome://extensions and set your shortcut keys and toggle all permissions

Set the API keys and shortcuts for the tools you will use the most.

Launch the Quick Launch Toolbar Control+Shift+Space – type Cloud and select “Cloudflare Setup Guide“. Follow instructions should take about 10min max. This is the MOST important step so that all your apps are connected and online. If it has an online app, or sharing like Screen Recorder Video Sharing, it MUST have Cloud Flare connected.
Here is a list of everything that gets connected via Cloud Flare
- Screen Recorder: share videos with a link, store recordings online, reopen shared videos later.
- Private Drive: upload files, organize folders, preview files, share files from your own cloud.
- OmniNotes: back up notes, restore notes, keep notes protected outside the browser.
- Music Player: back up playlists, restore your library, keep music data portable.
- ADHD Planner: back up ideas, tasks, categories, habits, stats, and settings.
- Ideas Inbox: capture ideas from your phone and send them back into SEO Time Machines.
- Pinned Emails: back up saved email references so they are not trapped on one browser.
- Location Favorites: sync saved locations for faster local SEO workflows.
- Todo Lists: back up task lists and restore them when needed.
- Snippets: automatically back up reusable text snippets.
- Settings Backup: export and restore your full SEO Time Machines setup.
- Voice Dictation: use Cloudflare Whisper for speech-to-text in Gmail, Docs, Slack, GitHub, and other text fields.
