ADHD Planner – A Full Day-Manager Built Into the Browser

A new full-screen planner designed for ADHD-style task management. Drag-drop reordering, recurring tasks, ideas inbox, habits with charts, subtasks with timers, and cloud backup – all wired into the Quick Launch Toolbar.

  • Full-screen planner page with day, week, and month views
  • Today auto-scrolls to “now” when you open the planner – no more hunting for the current time
  • Drag-and-drop reorder inside a day; cross-day drag for week and month views
  • Subtasks with inline editor and tooltip preview on hover
  • Per-task countdown timer with countdown ring
  • Idea dump from anywhere via Quick Launch – type i. and start typing
  • IDEAS accordion in the sidebar with category picker
  • Schedule any idea to a task with one click; ideas tombstone automatically so they don’t resurrect on next sync
  • Recurring tasks with a clean recurrence menu (daily, weekly, monthly, custom)
  • Recurring instances are independent – edit one without touching the series
  • Series-delete to remove every future instance at once
  • Habits redesigned with 7-day, 30-day, and all-time timelines plus a delete-all button
  • Habit week strip and chart use orange for completed days, neutral for empty
  • Custom category dropdowns with accent colors
  • Today→1D quick filter, month nav, clear-all, copy/paste between days
  • Independent recurring-task subtasks (each instance keeps its own subtask state)
  • Persist sidebar accordion state between sessions
  • Cloud backup/restore via the shared cloud connection – never lose your planner
  • Productivity toggle and a custom keyboard shortcut to open the planner instantly
  • Plain-timer integration with QLT – start a task timer and watch it tick alongside your other Quick Launch state
  • Encouraging completion notifications when you finish a task
  • Double-click anywhere on a day to create a task at that slot
  • Light mode for users who prefer a bright planner
  • Right-click for rename, duplicate, delete

ADHD Planner – Mobile Companion

A phone-served companion app that mirrors your planner so you can capture ideas and check today’s tasks from anywhere.

  • Phone-served planner that syncs through your own cloud connection
  • Mobile date, category, and count selectors for fast task creation
  • Voice dictation button on the inbox page – talk an idea straight into the queue
  • Page works offline; ideas captured offline sync the moment you reconnect
  • Light mode by default, mobile-tuned typography
  • Resilient to network drops mid-add – no lost ideas
  • Works on any phone browser, no app-store install needed

Private Drive – Mobile Companion

A standalone mobile app for your Private Drive. Browse files, preview anything, and upload from your phone with the full preview engine intact.

  • Phone-served Private Drive with the same preview engine as the desktop tool
  • Standalone setup dropdown so the mobile app can connect without touching the extension settings
  • Full preview UX on mobile – images, video, PDFs, spreadsheets, audio
  • Light mode for outdoor or bright-screen use
  • File count and cloud storage progress in the drawer footer
  • Big, easy-to-hit FAB for upload
  • Uploads route through the Android-native photo picker – no permissions roadblocks, no crashes on big galleries
  • Tap-to-view gate for spreadsheet previews over 3 MB so you don’t blow up your data plan
  • Image preview and upload no longer crash Chrome on Android with low memory
  • Redesigned file picker that works reliably across Android Chrome versions

Screen Recorder – Editor

The editor levels up across import, export, and audio.

  • MP4 import + export round-trip – drop an existing MP4 into the editor, edit it, and export it back out
  • Load Video import for non-recorded files, with a fixed 16:9 preview canvas
  • 1440p / 2K export resolution alongside the existing 1080p and 4K
  • Background streaming export – compositing runs in the background with streaming disk writes, so the editor stays responsive while a 4K export is encoding
  • Pixel-perfect WYSIWYG export – what you see in the preview is exactly what you get
  • Export caches for static backgrounds, subtitles, and keystroke overlays – re-exporting an edit is dramatically faster
  • Camera shrink-on-zoom never overflows the canvas
  • Import into Editor (Fresh) button on every Library video – opens a clean editor session with the video pre-loaded
  • Flush pending edits before reload – switching to Export-with-Effects no longer drops your last few cuts, gain tweaks, or filler edits
  • Dot-grid wave stays continuous across cut boundaries
  • Filled arrow head is flush with its shaft and proportional to stroke width

Screen Recorder – Auto-Gain Envelope

Auto-gain rebuilt as a smooth envelope you can see and edit, instead of choppy per-region jumps.

  • Smooth gain envelope drawn as a line over the waveform – no more abrupt volume changes
  • Single-click any boost region to seek there; double-click to open the boost editor
  • Loudness-aware target keeps your voice at a consistent level the way YouTube does it
  • Dual-sided compression smooths peaks and lifts valleys without pumping
  • Quiet Boost pass lifts speech that’s still too quiet after the main pass
  • Quiet-speech gate boosts soft passages while leaving loud peaks alone – no more amplified breath sounds
  • Edit + envelope multiply – your manual region adjustments stack on top of the auto envelope
  • Live envelope preview – playback always plays through the gain pipeline so what you hear is what gets exported

Screen Recorder – Speech Cleanup

A new tab in the editor that detects ums, ahs, dead air, and false starts, and cuts them automatically.

  • Speech Cleanup tab in the editor sidebar with one-click apply
  • High-accuracy transcription with word-level timing
  • Auto-cuts route through the editor’s normal cut system, so you can review every removal and undo individually
  • Cut-aware export – every removed word disappears cleanly from the final video and audio
  • Scene track shows the trimmed, effective duration after cuts so the timeline always reflects what will be exported
  • Cloud backup for cleanup settings – your filler-word blacklist follows you across machines

Screen Recorder – Auto-Captions

Subtitles are now first-class citizens – auto-generated, edit-friendly, and styled to match.

  • Auto-caption any recording in one click – captions appear on the timeline with word-level timing
  • Cleanup-driven source-of-truth – captions update automatically when you cut filler words
  • Bold / Italic / Reverse / Underline style toggles per caption
  • Edit caption text without losing original timing – re-flow the words, keep the sync
  • Burns into the final export at full quality

Music Player – Cloud Sync & Smart Mute

The Music Player goes cloud and learns to get out of your way.

  • Playlist Cloud Export / Import – back up every playlist to your own cloud connection and restore on any machine
  • Multi-select playlist delete with shift-click and Cmd+A
  • 5-15× faster import – bulk imports that used to take minutes now finish in seconds
  • QLT inline volume slider – adjust music volume without opening the player
  • Smart Mute auto-ducking – music auto-ducks the moment a YouTube tab starts playing, and snaps back when it stops
  • YouTube-only ducking with debounce so background music doesn’t pulse against every short audio blip elsewhere

AI Chat – Voice, OCR, Screenshots

The AI Chat input now accepts voice, screenshots, and any text on screen.

  • Microphone button for voice-to-text input with the same dictation engine as Voice Dictation Anywhere
  • Screen OCR – pick any region and the recognized text drops into the chat
  • Screenshot insertion – paste a screenshot inline so the model can see what you’re talking about

Image Upscaler – HD/Pro Cloud Mode + Compare Slider

The right-click upscaler gains a cloud HD/Pro tier and a side-by-side compare view.

  • HD / Pro cloud modes for cases where the local model’s 4× isn’t enough
  • Before/after compare slider – drag to reveal the original underneath
  • Persisted compare state – flip back into the upscaler later and the slider position is exactly where you left it
  • Logo mode now correctly handles transparent PNGs – no more black backgrounds on transparent inputs
  • Local mode stays the default – nothing leaves your machine unless you opt into cloud

Screen OCR – Wider Captures, Faster Startup

The crop-to-text tool gets two real-world fixes.

  • Tile-and-stitch for very wide single-line captures – recognizes text from headlines and full-width URLs that used to be cut off
  • Warm-up inference at preload – the first OCR after enabling the feature no longer hangs while the engine spins up
  • Bigger fast-path threshold – most UI text now flies through the recognizer without the slower detector pass

X-Ray Pro – HOVER Mode

The element picker now lets the host page’s hover styles fire while you target.

  • HOVER mode toggle – the picker stops blocking hover effects so you can capture menu items, dropdowns, and tooltips that only appear on hover
  • Click capture still wins – clicking a hover-revealed element opens it in X-Ray Pro instead of triggering the page’s own click handler

OmniNotes & Ideas Inbox

  • Ideas Inbox – a phone-friendly web page that captures ideas straight into your planner without opening the extension
  • Auto-import at boot – ideas added on your phone show up in the planner the next time it opens
  • Per-item destination – route a saved idea to OmniNotes with one click instead of the planner
  • First-line-as-title in the Notes Manager so your note list reads like a real document list, not a wall of full-text snippets
  • .txt linked-file support – drop any .txt from disk and it imports as an editable note
  • Copy or link on import – choose copy-on-import vs link-to-file when adding files to OmniNotes

Quick Launch Toolbar Polish

  • Tab Find results panel is roomier, with lazy “+N more” snippet loading on long matches
  • Cyan-background toasts now use dark text – readable against the brand cyan
  • Ideas textarea isolates its keystrokes from the host page so YouTube’s spacebar doesn’t pause the video while you type an idea
  • Keyboard shield loads on extension pages – every QLT shortcut works on extension pages, not just regular web pages
  • Shorter suggestion list – only the matches you actually scan

Global Shortcut Cheat Sheet

A single modal that lists every custom keyboard shortcut in the extension.

  • Ctrl+Shift+? opens a global cheat sheet from anywhere
  • Lists every shortcut with its scope (global, page, recorder, planner, etc.)
  • Updates automatically when you remap shortcuts in Settings

Bug Fixes

  • Pomodoro chronometer ticks reliably again – Smart Mute no longer monopolizes the audio context that the chronometer depends on
  • ADHD timer ring truly counts down (was previously displaying minutes as seconds in some states)
  • Recurring task materialization hides the master row in the QLT is. mixin so duplicates don’t appear
  • Mobile offline-add survives spotty connections – ideas captured offline persist through page refresh
  • Habit chart picks up theme colors so it stays readable in light and dark modes
  • All-URLs content script removed from the planner – the planner page now loads cleanly without permission warnings
  • Notes Manager uses the first line of the note as the list title, not the collapsed full content
  • Tombstone-on-schedule stops scheduled ideas from re-syncing as un-scheduled phantoms
